Molokhia (Ademe)

Molokhia (Ademe) is a leafy green vegetable, also known as Jew’s Mallow or Jute Mallow. Originating from the Middle East and North Africa, it is used in a popular stew cooked in a flavorful chicken broth with plenty of garlic and coriander.
