Return & Refund Policy

We always strive hard to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy to ensure your satisfaction. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Process

  1. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unbroken seal with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.
  2. If you wish to return an item, contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order via our contact information below. Please note that returns will need to be shipped to the shop address: Karlsgatan 8B, 452 31 Strömstad, Sweden.
  3. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order when delivered and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions non-returnables
  1. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  2. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  3. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return & Exchange
  1. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you with the exchange process and provide further instructions.
  2. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU 14-days return policy
  1. Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
  2. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
  1. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment gateway. The time it takes for the refund to be processed may vary depending on your payment provider but usually takes 3 - 5 working days.

Note: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and your account has not been credited, please contact us again using the information below.
